Do not let the shallow opinions of people who have lived here spoil your thoughts of renting here. They are probably the kind of people who would not be happy living in a palace. I live here a few years ago and am contemplating moving back to the area and renting again. My apartment was clean when I moved in and very well taken care of by maintenance while I lived there. The grounds were always well kept & the office staff was very accomodating. It is so close to major shopping centers and the PSU campus. I suggest you go check it out for yourself instead of relying on the uneducated opinions of others who have posted reviews to this site :-)
