I have lived here for about 3 years now and have been very happy unilt Aug 2003. You may ask why, well let me tell you. I have noticed that this complex is now allowing student to cluster in one apartment to cover the rent expense. They bring along with them their student friends, dogs, music, loud cars , and student life.
The neighbors we currently have come in at 3 am and slam doors (sounds like 30 pounds of weights being dropped on the floor) allow their dogs to run around all hours of the day (large 100 pound dogs) and are just very young and rude.
I brought this up to the office at least 5 times and nothing has been done. I have become very sick over the past 8 months do to the lack of sleep and the stress of having lound noise around me 24 hours a day. Nothing is worse than being awaken at 3 am by loud tumps and barking dogs(this goes on 5 nights out of 7 a week).
The worst part is that I contacted the police and they said nothing could be done it was just poor management on the complex part.
I am stuck here for 120 more days and counting. I have even stayed the night in hotels to get a good night sleep. So, I am stuck paying for rent , hotels and worst of all my health is suffering.
I think PARK CREST Terrace should discount my rent for my pain and suffering because they have been anything but helpful. If I were you I would not live here, it was once nice but like everywhere else the students have taken over and made it like living in a dorm.
The apartments are nice inside and have a great location , but the management has no management skills.
Food for thought: It is 1:00 in the after noon and I must go take a nape because I know my loud neighbors will have me up all night long listening to their tv, music, thunps or dogs.
