Coming to the area from out of state, I rented this place sight unseen. I was worried, but it was one of the only places within my budget and for the price I could afford to pay, I even got a pool, a community center, a playground for the kids and the place is right on the bus route so I can leave my car parked here and take the bus to campus. The staff was kind and helpful going out of their way to process my application from several states away via fax. Being in a different time-zone, sometimes they even stayed after closing time so they could call me when I got home from work back at my house to update me on the application process. When I got here, I got more than I bargained for. These places are beautiful and very well cared for. We saw a few of the other places I had considered and they look so bad while this place looked so good. Now they have a web site too. Had they had this when I was looking to move, I wouldn't have even second guessed myself because you can see for yourself how pretty the place is. The parking lots are very weel lit and parking is free too. There are occasionaly parking problems but that will happen anywhere parking is free I think since many people I see come over from other properties and park here. When anything breaks, its fixed right away and everyone is so friendly. I am so glad to have made Park Crest Terrace my home. If you are looking for a nice clean affordable apartment with lots of ammenities, this is the only stop you need to make.
