Our family moved from outside the area into State College about 3 years ago. Park Crest Terrace was by far the best value for the money. We got a 3 bedroom apartment for less than most of the other 2 bedrooms we looked at. The paint was very new and the apartment very clean when we first moved in. We appreciated the fact that the apartments had almost new appliances and the staff was very attentive. We have recently moved out of State College again, but if we ever go back, we will certainly look there again first.
