I totaly agree with the bad ratings comments, plus I have to add some more...

Even though you are required to be low income person to live in this palce (ultimately graduate students and postdocs) the rent is not cheap! You can find much better deals than that in State College.

The most repellent part - Office Managers. They act as "kings of the hill" towards tenants. Plus teh rules for tenants does not apply to them. Their family and friends can freely swim in the pool, thay will not tow their car for not double parking or expired stiker, they do not have to take their garbage immediatly from their porch... And they will ot move a bit to help you with something (however the maintance team will).

Plus nowdays the place is trashed - the grass is as high as you can imagine, and trash is spreading out and stinking all over the place.

Overall - I would never recommend this place!!!
