My wife and I spent four days cleaning apartment before moving out making sure everything was in good shape. We still lost 90% of security deposit. In five years at Park Crest, we never had a single thing replaced due to wear and tear. Although we always paid our rent on time and never caused management trouble, we were treated horrible at move-out. Management apparently under pressure to increase profits. Don't let "low income apartment" phrase fool you, there are apartments in and around campus for basically the same price. Management appears to resent the "low income" residents in there community.
