My family and I have been living here for more than a year.

It is a subsidized low income housing for which you have to be approved. (It?s funny however to see ?low income families? with brand new Mustangs or Lexus. It is such a pain to get approved and afterwards you see things like that :/ ).

The apartments are very nice, ours was like new when we got it.

2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room; perfect for a young couple for $500 a month.

As someone mentioned before if you don?t like kids running around in the summer you better look for something else.

Maintenance staff is great and always helpful but the office staff is pretty bad, always sarcastic, not helpful and with total disregard of your needs, they just want your check at the beginning of the month.

Parking is very good, seldom times you have to park more than 15 steps away from your building (But tell your friends to park in the visitors parking, even if the parking lot is completely empty; the office staff seems to enjoy calling the towing truck on those cars without a sticker when there is even 90% of parking space available).

If you are thinking about moving in try to get an apartment which has the windows facing southwest or your heating bill will be high due to poor insulation.

Overall we are happy with our apartment, we just have to ignore the existence of office staff, that?s all.
