Before i begin can someone from PCT please tell us why in a low income complex ($20k or less per family) was my $2k rusted car parked next too a $48k brand new Lexxus'
Hmmm.......the insurance alone......
Staff played favorites with tennants. In a college town with young adults running a apt. complex for families, you are bound too find trouble. Rent from here and trouble is what youll find. If one of the (favored) tennants complains about you. For ANYTHING, you will be nudged out at the end of your lease. Before you finish this i must add that i left on my own, chosing not to renew my lease. What ive said is what i saw happen too over 8 of my friends, over my 4 year period of rental.
