We have lived here in a 2br/2ba for one month. We have not experienced any problems. Move in was very easy and our apartment was very clean, had new paint, and had new carpeting. Our unit is very quiet and there is an excess of parking. So far we have not had to request repairs so I can not speak for that service. The location of these apartments is great!
