I want to address a previous post about Crime at Park Crest Terrace. I also reside at Park Crest and I believe a few bad apples did move in to the complex, But I have noticed that they moved right back out, as management took action against complaints. Any community is only as safe as the residents make it. If you see something wrong you need to call authorities. I was told that the police were patroling the area more at the request of the staff.
We feel very safe and have wonderful neighbors. The only time I see the level of service diminish is during the busy move in season of summer, other than that the maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful.
