Park Crest Terrace Apartments

You don't even know how good you have it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I just moved to Florida 3 months ago, and I miss Park Crest Terrace. Sure with any community there are problems, but you people should try and live in this complex. P.S. if anyone moves to FL, don't rent at Melrose on the Bay. It's a big fancy title for a hole made of poo. I got back my full deposit from PCT, But I won't here. and at least management will tell you straight up what the rent is before you sign papers. our new "home" changed our rent once the papers were signed. I would gladly move back there any time.
