I've been here going on 3 years. Ever since the first year i've wanted to leave but haven't been able to find a place with this great of a location without students. The location is the best part of this, but over the past 3 years the management here is so bad it's pushing me out. They use the cheapest materials to fix things and it takes several calls to get something fixed right.
The office staff are worse, they're some of the most rude people you'll meet and not professional at all. (Angela)

The management here allows the tenants here to leave junk everywhere around the common areas and doesn't help to keep the grounds clean. One the weekends, the trash area is the dirtiest area in town because people just throw their bags on the ground and cant get the concept of a dumpster. Then you have those that feel like this is the Giant parking lot, as they push their shopping carts here and just leave them laying around. Lets not forget about parking... Walks is here all the time towing cars of my friends that come by. But management does nothing to stop people from the Park Forest parking in our guest parking and walking to Park Forest.

I could go on and on about this place. Honestly i love this place and if it were a condo, i'd buy one. But it's the managment here or lack there of that has pushed me away.
