The management doesn't care about anything. Our heat has been off more days this winter than it has been on. Maintenance is vulgar. They track in mud and filth and actually curse and use profanity in your home with you present.

The grounds are very littered with dog feces and cig. butts. The dumpsters are not emptied often enough.

The apts. are 40 years old. The appliances are toxic as the natural gas stoves are old and leaky and when the oven or stovetop is in use my carbon monoxide detector goes off very loudly.

Parking is nasty as it is open , unassigned parking and some people think they own a particular space. I have had my car keyed as I guess I parked in someone else's place. Several of my neighbors have had their cars keyed as well.

The rent is very overpriced. The ceilings in the bathrooms are sagging and cracked. I can hear the guy above me in the bathroom. I can hear his urine hit the water!!! It is the same as living in an old house , you can hear everything.
