This place is a slum. The hot water heat pipes burst in the middle of the winter as the pipes are very old. My bedroom was FLOODED with water.

They come in whenever they feel like it and smoke in my home while they are there! I am a non smoker!

The natural gas lines are very old. The natural gas line to my stove was leaking with a pinhole size leak as I called Columbia Gas to have the smell of natural gas looked into and they found a leak.

The management did nothing! I had my windows cracked all winter. If I closed my windows within one hour I could smell the natural gas. The leak was mild but it was enough to have the gas company red tag my stove and turn the gas off to my stove which they just turned back on without fixing the leak as they said "oh, it won't hurt you".

So then I went to turn the gas off myself and low and behold they BROKE the valve and the only way to turn off the gas to my stove was to turn the main valve off to the entire building! I believe they broke this on purpose.

Management could not care less if they tried. The manager is married to the cable guy and he has master keys illegally and he snoops when he thinks people are not home.

I had a theft of prescription drugs from my apt. while I was not home. Cash, computer and much other was untouched but somehow my dresser drawer with prescription medication was found and stolen.

The lawns are just huge litter boxes for the many many dogs. Most dog owners do not pick up and many let their dogs out without being on a leash. I had on more than one occasion had a large dog appear out of nowhere and jump on me staining my clothing.

Cig butts are common. They rent to many undesirable people that seem to have nothing better to do than nose on their neighbors and throw butts in the yard and on the walks and shout profanities in the summer with their windows open for all to hear.

This place is a ghetto. This place is a slum. I will only say I warned you if you rent here.
