Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
bathroom ceiling collapsed... pipes freeze in winter and when the person upstairs runs water our kitchen sink fills up... ghetto neighbors who have nothing to do but drive around the parking lot honking their horns all day... can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing- their music, TV, talking on the phone, shower, etc.
