Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Although the apartments are old, the one bedrooms are a good value for the price, since they are pretty cheap. I don't have loud neighbors, and it is very quiet. There is plenty of parking. The staff are very friendly and are quick to respond to any problems. The maintenance staff has always responded quickly. We had new carpet, a new stove, and a new air conditioner.
