I live in the farmstead ln townhouses currently and they are managed by Park Forest Apartments. I absolutely love it here and if I wasn't moving to NY I would stay here for years to come. These townhomes are primarily families but some grad students and young couples which makes it a very pleasant area and relatively quiet. The price we pay is great and the place is a great size and the units are only 9 years old. I can't tell you how happy I was to find such a nice place after seeing the other dumps agencies try and dump on young professionals. Whenever we had a maintenance issue it was resolved quickly and management keeps tenants up to date about any upcoming inspections or development happenings. There is never a problem with parking and they are very pet friendly. (The staff loves meeting the furry critters living with us). The area is also extremely safe and very conveniently located. The only negative I have is that the nursing home behind my unit has started construction to expand and we were not notified by anyone. I just came home one day to find that there was virtually no backyard left. If you are looking to rent from them try not to get a unit on that side of the complex unless you don't mind construction at 7am (or you sleep in the front bedroom). Overall I give this place big thumbs up and the ladies in the office are great.
