Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
The staff here is completely incompetent. The air conditioning works about 50% of the time at half speed and they usually don't turn it on until summer is almost over. The security lock has been broken forever with only a piece of duct tape in its place. I have been waiting MONTHS for maintenence requests to be attended to because the staff is a bunch of minimum wage idiots. I pay $100 a year for a private bus that breaks down so much it should be condemned. My advice: don't do it.
