Well the office stafff is very rude. There used to be one person named Steve and he is one of the worst person I have ever come across.
Even when we pay the comple rent and everything they send us threatening notices that we have not paid the rent or activity fees. This is very tormenting.
I just avoid going to the office except for paying rent. The mere thought of meeting the staff sens jitters into me.
