billing problems and rude people, dirty apartments

I lived there for 2 years,
the staff were rude to me and some friends on several ocasions, they also sent several nasty billing notices that were their fault, they did not even apologize and tried to charge over 500 in fees that were completly bogus. (this problem was resolved after me threathening them with legal action). Also when we moved in the apt was dirty, the carpet was old and had not been vaccumed or washed. During the 2 years the 2 heaters caught fire, and the smoke alarm didn't even sound (this during the first 2 weeks of having lived there).
These apts are not worth it at all.
