First off, I will admit that Parkway Plaza is not the newest or the nicest place in town. But when I looked around for a nice apartment I could afford, it was hard to beat what they offered. The place has a big pool, a fitness room, a bus that goes to and from campus and a computer lab too. Of course I hardly use the computer lab now that they installed this new high speed internet in every room. We just got that this year and its great. All utilities are included too, so my girlfriends and I just pay the rent and we are set for the month. Its great not having to worry about electric bills and heating bills and stuff.

The people who live here are really nice too. The place is always pretty quiet and the grocery store is just across the street. That was important to me since my parents took my car back home this semester.

If you want fancy and new, this may not be for you. But if you don't mind that the place is a little older, the apartments are big and nice and they give you all this stuff too.

I'd say check them out if you want a nice place without a lot of bills to pay every month.
