The last couple of people are just whiners. I've lived here for over a year now and not had any real problems. Okay, so it's not the newest place in the world. There are some things that just happen with older buildings. I've had to make a couple of calls to maintenance, but my problems have always been taken care of. They may not race up to the unit the minute that I call, but they come within a day or two. The apartment is more than large enough for what I need and I don't have to worry about paying all of the different bills every month.

As for the renovations, these people are making mountains out of mole hills. If you get up at a normal time, you won't be bothered by it. The only time I've even really noticed it is when they did my hallway. The glue for the carpet stunk up our apartment for a few days, but that's carpet for you.

Finally, the guy who said that he was charged $28 for late fees doesn't even live at Parkway because i know for a fact that late charges are $5/day (i've been late more than once).

In summary, they're pretty good. I've lived in really nice places and some really gross places. I would consider this modest but nice. It's inexpensive (so my parents don't -----), but it has what I need. Definitely worth the money and good location.
