With the comment "Nice place. I enjoy it here." qualify as being rated a 4. If you look at the rating of a 5 that was given to safety and just this one little comment. If this was really an actual review the reviewer should make more comments on why safety rates a 5. These apartment building have resident access entry systems for the main entrance into the buildings but the doors are always let wide open and even the side entrance doors are never locked so anyone can enter the building, does not seem to safe to me.
