Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
i've been here for 3 years and i also plan to stay till i get my doctoral degree. rooms are not big but clean and comfort. the shuttle bus is quite helpful for most of the time. while other apartments have increased their rents by 15% during the past 2 years, the rents in parkway plaza apartments have only increased about 3%.
B building is quite noisy though. i also heard that it's the same case in C building.
