The house was okay. Stayed for 2 years only because did not want the hassle of moving. The only good thing about the place is the maintenance staff. Otherwise not worth living there.
Problems faced:
1. Multiple notices for bills already paid. Took about a year to get issue resolved. Was mistake on their end.
2. Rude and unhelpful office staff
3. Overcharged for cleaning and painting when vacated the apartment

I loved living at Parkway Plaza. I think the office staff was awesome! Maybe you weren't so very nice to them. I'm defending them because two of my very good friends work there now (I met them because i lived here and became friends with them) and they are very good people who would never be rude to anyone. Maybe you were rude first?? They helped me through some problems I had with moving my stuff, and also stayed later than they had to a few times to help me take care of some issues dealing with my finances. I honestly think you're bad experience with the office staff is an isolated incident. Try treating people with respect off the bat and then maybe you'll get a desireable response. After befriending them, I would often hear horror stories about the tenants (you included probably) and how much they would complain and be demanding and I would always think to myself that I could never do their job because I just don't have the patience and kindness that they do. Think before you post something, because maybe you're the problem?!?!
