A bad place to live.
The aparment is very old and dirty.
The manager there is the most ugly US people I ever met, stupid and rude.

Did we live at the same Parkway Plaza complex in State College? Because I completely disagree with your disrespectful post. I absolutely loved living there and found the people that worked in the office to be very helpful and went above and beyond their duty to me as a tenant. You should probably ask yourself-were you rude to them first? Because what do you expect people to do for you if you can't be nice and respectful in the the first place?? One more thing, who are you calling stupid? Read over your post once more-it is so wrought with grammatical errors that it was difficult to understand what you are trying to write...maybe you're the stupid one?? I'm pissed because they have been so nice and helpful that I don't think they deserve your crap!

I think you might be stupid for liking this place and the office staff. Your posts are ridiculous. Parkway Plaza is probably the most horrible, smelly, dirty, old, and unsafe place I have ever lived. And as for the office staff, they are the rudest people I have ever met, and NO I was not rude to them first since that is what you say in every response you make. As for your replies, you seem to be the only person that thinks this place is actually ok and the other fifty posts hated it so who do you think people are going to believe?
