Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Air conditioning only works when it's colder outside. Bus does not run at least once a week due to "maintenance issues". Pool has opened up nearly a month late for the past 2 years. Management makes the tenants move all furniture and wall items three feet from the walls one month before moving so that painters can paint the apartment for the future tenants, even though there is ample time between leases to paint.
