But could be a lot better...Apartment is basically clean but old. Building design makes it impossible to enjoy a quiet evening. Central air conditioner is very poor even when running continuously. Elevators are small and incredibly slow. Pool closes at 6pm. Parking lot is in bad shape and has no lighting at all. Absolutely no free visitor parking, and tow trucks are on the lots at all hours of the night. The office staff has been very unhelpful. I have witnessed employees let their friends answer the office phone line and give out false information or hang up on the customers. Office staff will not collect UPS/FedEx/Postal packages, will not contact maintenance, hardly ever answers phone. This apartment is decent enough but not worth the money (I got a good deal subletting, otherwise I wouldn't be here).

Have you ever lived in an apartment before? I absolutely loved Parkway. First, the elevators are SUPPOSED to be that size. Are you from another country or something where the elevators are bigger? Second, get back to me with an apartment in State College that DOESN't charge for guest parking! Third, I'm so agitated at your rude post mostly because of the bull ---- you wrote about the office staff. They are just doing their job! Do you have any idea how difficult it is to deal with complaints from RUDE people like you every day? I know this because two of my very good frinds work there, and I hear about it. They would never act in such an unprofessional manner to let their friends answer the phone-when are their friends in the office??? I've never been there, and I would think I would be the first person to visit them, but they are PROFESSIONAL at their jobs and don't just sit around congregating with their friends all day-let alone let other people answer the phone and hang up on people! Get your ---- straight then post something about them dumbass. I'm sure if you were rude to them they are glad you're gone!
