i hate parkway plaza to pieces. when i moved out they charged me 100 for painting, there was nothing on the walls! they scam you out of your security deposit. i am thankful they gave me back half. the elevator are slow as hell, the pool is rarely ever opened, the free shuttle is broken most of the time, but i have a car so i dont have to worry about that, but why the activity fee' its pointless, i didnt even use the gym that much or the computer lab or the pool. i like park forest apts a lot better. building B sucked cuz they were parties all the time.
