This is the third year that I have lived at Parkway and I have absolutely loved it!! I'm actually quite disappointed that I have to move by the end of my lease this year because I'm going to move back to my hometown in NJ. I have made so many good friends here and have had such a good experience overall with Parkway. The staff has been so nice and helpful, and have done so much to help me feel at home here. They are all so nice there and actually care when you come to them with a problem, and go way out of their way to help the tenants. Some of the other apartment complexes I've lived in in State College the people working there were either really mean, or pretended to care when they actually didn't; but this is definitely not the case at Parkway Plaza-the people in the office are genuine and follow through on everything with the tenants to make sure everything is good and that they are happy. The maintenance staff is awesome; when you request something to be fixed they are usually there the same day if not the next day. The pool is nice as well, and larger than pretty much all the other apartment complex's that I've been to in State College. The grounds are neat and clean, there is never a bit of trash anywhere, just like the hallways inside the buildings. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about Parkway Plaza and would highly recommend it to anyone!!
