Parkway isn't extremely bad. All utilities are included in your rent, which is a plus, and a parking space is included. It is loud on the weekend, mostly during the school year. The size of the apartment is decent, and it's nice to have a patio. Noise from the neighbor above wasn't bad. We did smell our neighbors food though. It didn't seem like they did a deep clean of the halls and common areas often. The dryer hardly worked. The internet was quite slow. Office staff was ok, some were nice and others not so nice. They also have a pool, which is open most of the day. It wasn't bad.
