Horrendous experience - I'd rather live in the dorms.

Amenities are a lie - they close the pool until the students leave for the summer, the "gym" is completely broken, the high speed internet is slower than dial-up (literally, we did speed tests), washer's steal your money, hallways smell bad and the lights usually burn out, and the elevators are death traps. They will fine you for every little thing, including unlocking your apartment on Sundays (even in the afternoon) if you lock yourself out. Air-conditioners are effective as a broken fan. Internet is a joke. They took away HBO half-way through the lease. They'll tow your friends and families cars, and even your own (instead of calling you) if you park in the wrong spot.
For example, they wanted to paint my apartment when I wasn't there over the summer. They said if I couldn't move my furniture and pictures away from the wall then they'd fine me. I found this when I moved out.
Also, far from campus. Most of the people who live there have a hard time understanding English, so making friends is hard.
Good luck, be careful! There is a reason why this place has vacancies all year.
Also, don't get your carpet cleaned before you leave, they'll take your deposit anyway.
I'm anonymous because I feel they're the type to sue over something like this.
