I really liked it here. Having all utilities included is really nice. I did opt for faster internet, though. Yes, the hallways always smell weird and the pool is not open until May (because it's Pennsylvania... it's not warm enough to swim until summer), but I had a hassle-free two year stay at Parkway and I do recommend it.
There's a Pizza Hut and a grocery store right across the street, which is pretty sweet. It's about a 2 mile walk to campus and downtown, and the State College high school is right across the street, so you can use the tennis courts and track.
The office girls aren't the sweetest people, but I only had to see them when I locked myself out. I had a pretty big balcony, and I used it a lot. My only real issue was that they don't allow pets.
