I can't begin to tell you how horrible the staff is but I will try. I am still amazed that these people are allowed to work with the public.
Rude, condescending, mean, hateful, useless, pathetic, no public service skills, patronizing, impossible to deal with; AND on top of all that, I think they actually enjoy and are proud of being the way they are.
