This place is a disgusting place. Lots of trash all over the place. Lots of vandalism occurs in the parking lots (license plates bent up, trash cans tipped over, beer cans all over the place). Laundry rooms seem to have lots of things broken and the floors are so sticky. Overhead fan control in the fitness room is non functional and seems people are constantly pulling the wire apart which can be a fire hazard just waiting. A friend was trapped in the stinky elevators for 45 minutes and was told the main office was told but they never came. Security for this place is non-existent. People are constantly wandering the hallways that do not live here and ringing doorbells and just making a mess. The owners of this place just do not care and seem to be just taking the cheapest measures for any problems if they even take care of the problem.
