I moved to Peppermill after having a terrible experience at a larger property in State College. I was treated respectfully and had no problems (and yes, I was a student). The apartments are very big. The building is very clean. You only get 1 parking space, but you can request visitors parking. Everyone is very friendly, but it is mostly for working adults. Don't expect loud parties or many undergrads. If you want a quiet area, away from downtown, this is the place to go. Also, management may have changed since the last reviews were written, definitely inquire about this apartment!
