I have lived in this building for a year and a half now and I think it is great. Sure there is limited parking, but this is State College and there is limited parking everywhere. This is a QUIET building, with families on the first floors. I rarely wait for a washer or dryer (five of each in the basement) and have always gotten prompt responses to maintanence queries. Location is within a fifteen to twenty minute walking distance to campus, though there is a bus stop close by where you can catch the R bus for $1.25 a ride. I like it here and recommend it to anyone, will be sad to leave it when I graduate.
