I lived there for two years and graduated in Dec in 2007. Here are the pros:
*Close, 15 minute walk from campus blue loop stop and taco bell (university commons)
*Or there is a bus stop across the street and about a block away
*Nice balcony with trees
*close to tennis courts and fields to run or play soccer, football in
*maintenance wasn't bad, he would usually be there within a day or two of us making a report

Conns:
* The walls are super fu**&^in thin. My girl and I could hear everything that went on next door even just the whispers b/c the neighbors bedroom was on the other side of ours. (Thats why I wouldn't live there again). Hearing talking, laughing,loving,singing and the T.V. till 4am when you have a test at 8am the next day kinda left a negative impression.
* The manager lacks interpersonal skills
* My car was hit (the guy didn't leave a note), because the snow truck plowed all the snow into my parking spot so I couldn't completely park in my spot. Somebody backing into my car and left a pretty nasty crack,hole, and scratches. Management did nothing, and was more worried about their legal obligations then trying to help me.
