I have been living here since August 2008. The best townhouse I have ever been.
Good neighborhood, quiet, close to everything (restaurant, grocery (e.g., bus stops, GIANT, WEIS, Walmart, Verizon). The complex is connected to the Tudek park, which is beautiful for a walk and exercise. You can get all of these at a much lower price - this is a low-income apartment. While on average 30-40 families are on the waitlist, you can wish yourself a luck. Srongly recommended.
