I rented from S.C Sun for one year, which turned out to be the year from hell. My apartment was in poor condition when I moved in, and we gave them a list of things maintenance had to fix. Maintenance would come, look at the problem and leave and not come back. Nothing was ever fixed, and if it was it was a horrible job. Our pipe corroded under the sink so they replaced it with a pipe that was an inch short and left. Water leaked everywhere before we figured what happened. Also, I had leaking in the roof over my bed, any time it rained, my bed would get wet. This started from the beginning of the lease. I called them every time it happened, and here it is at the end of the lease and the roof is still leaking. What ever you do DO NOT rent from them!!! Nothing is worth the problems you will go through!!! Just to note, I've heard from others who have rented from them and they express the same hell that I've gone through.
