My girlfriend and i rented from Sun Corp for 8-9 months. After living in state college for 4 years, i had very low expectations of landlords to begin with. But Sun Corp definately wins the ------ rental award.

This past winter was very cold and snowy. Our heat went out once and we had no hot water on three occasions. When you work outside all day and its only 20degrees, this is not a good time.

The parking lot looked like a frozen road from Dukes of Hazzard. No maintenance and a dirty muddy hole to park in. Most of it was covered in ice all winter. It was fun if you had 4wheel drive, kind of made you feel like you lived in the hills. But i could have made a better parking lot with some Tonka Trucks.

But that's not too bad. What's worse is when the ceiling leaks from other apartments waste water and your stuff gets wet. And maintenance comes and leaves the tiles out of the ceiling. Oh, and the squirrels who live in that ceiling drop walnuts into your bathroom sink. But don't worry, they're coming to fix it.

But even worse than that is when its Friday night, you've just worked a 60 hr week and are drinking some beers when all of a sudden you head water pouring out of somewhere. And next thing you know, there's 3 inches of water in your bathroom, spilling into your kitchen and livingroom, and making you bail out your home instead of relaxing.

So,
if someone ever asked me if renting from Sun Corp was a good idea...
I would ----- slap them and tell them
"---- No. Renting from Sun Corp would be a bad ------- idea."
