My apartment was decently nice but considering that fact that it was impossible....imbpossible to get ahold of someone from the office whenever there was a problem. They had a note on their door for three straight weeks saying they were out of the office today, but would be back tomorrow, well three weeks later they were back. My shower water is hot for 3 minutes tops and there is a constant breeze coming through due to the windows that don't fit properly, cause 100$ gas bills for a one bedroom. Atleast duct tape helped out some
