i'm writing this review from a secondhand point of view, i've never had the displeasure of renting from sun corp. but my boyfriend did, and due to the large amounts of time i spent at their rathole of an apartment, i feel qualified to add my input. First off, the people that work in the rental office are completely useless. the office is never opened. they constantly leave notes on the door that say they're closed for the weekend and will reopen monday, or don't open till 1 in the afternoon, or that they'll reopen after lunch, and never do. don't even bother calling them if you have a question or maintenance emergency, they never answer the phone, nor do they return calls, no matter how many messages you leave them. their is no type of organization in the office for filing paper work. on more than one occassion my boyfriend and his roommate have been accused of not paying their rent, then the rental ladies realized they had just lost the checks, and new checks had to be written out. also, the parking situation is a disaster. probably because the realtors lack organization skills, they never gave a listing of who pays to park there to the towing company, Halfmoon towing, so when people's cars got parked in by random cars that didn't belong there, they couldn't be towed, because according to the towing company, they were never given a listing by Sun Corp. So basically if you pay to park there, you're an idiot because everyone parks there.whether or not they're registered. my car was actually hit in their parking lot due to the fact that they never plowed after a huge snowfall in december. they are not very good with ice removal either. 3 people fell down the front steps of the house entrance and multiple calls were made to the rental office before the steps were cleared and salted. another bad thing about them is the fact that they don't call ahead before showing the apartment to future tenants they plan on torturing. they simply show up at your door. the apartments are badly maintained, besides that drafty windows that were blocked up with duct tape to counteract the huge heating bills, the rugs were never cleaned upon move in, and the entire place was in bad need of a paint job. there are cracks all over the walls too. and of course, there are all the lawsuits against Sun Corp for them keeping security deposits...we'll see if that trend keeps up. if you plan on renting from sun corp anytime in the near future, good luck and may god be with you in your time of misfortune. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
