I'm not even going to talk about the extremely poor condition that the apartments are in...I would prefer to take this opportunity to address the staff of SunCorp.
If your looking for a landlord who will rip you off, intimidate and threaten you, evades the police and has a daughter who seems to have a problem with assaulting people then by all means...go see Ginny Chuba.
I have learned a lot (the hard way) about renting from this horrid woman and I would not wish the situation on my worst enemy. If you do rent from SunCorp...I will warn you-document EVERYTHING (rent, phone calls, everything) and if necessary call the police on them since they will violate your contract in any way they can.
