In the early 1970's I was a student at PSU and a member of the Organization of Town Independent Students OTIS), which published a renter's guide annually. Even 30 years ago, Sun properties were well known as festering pustules and their staff and policies bordered on the felonious. We were constantly counseling students to sue Sun for retaining their security deposits and the students usually won.
It's comforting to know that some things never change. Stay away from Sun!
