It's a little known fact that Sun Corporation hires ex convicts as their maintenence for several reasons, most illegal. First off they don't have to pay them much, but the illegalities come in when Sun Corp. inniates a plan used on several occasions. They trash their trailer, hide their money, and tennants keys, and call the police. They report a burglary, and blame it on one ot their ex-convicts (scapegoat) but don't press charges. Sun Corp. gets to write off the burglary for tax purposes. Who cares right, it gets worse, "the tennants keys," they never tell the tennants that the keys to their apartment were stolen even though their legally obligated to replace the locks. Come Christmas break time when all the students go home, they loot the apartments, and get off the hook because the keys were stolen. The only thing they can get in trouble for is not changing the locks, but that would require a civil suit between the tennant and the landlord, and we all know that us poor college students can't afford a lawyer.

DON'T RENT FROM SUN CORP: I know this because I have seen it happen first hand!

omg, i lived there last semester and the one day i went in to complain to them again about not fixing anything in our apartment, and to notify them that i was involving the center region code administration office. When i got to their office, there was some guy writing on a clipboard, i asked what was going on and they said there had been a break-in!! how coincidental...
