So I moved into one of the apartments in August of this year (2006), and to I hated the place! First of all, when you get there, SUN is not even courteous enough to clean up the trash that the previous owners left. So you get a bunch of crummy ---- in your apartment when you move in. Don't call them for maintenance...they will never get any of your requests done. And buy craploads of mouse traps... I found 3 mice in my apartment and told them to fix the problem. They came in about 2 weeks after I scolded them about the problem and fixed it with 2 ------ ass mouse traps (the wooden snap kinds). I had already bought 24 (That's right.. 24) stick traps and placed them all over the apartment...and they diss me by sticking these ------ 30 cent traps in my apartment.
