I lived in a sun corp apartment on college ave last year. They were horrible. Worst experience I have ever had as a renter. I have already posted a review on here about them. But today, I was doing research about Megan's Law, and came across registered sex offenders in State College. I recognized one as the maintenance man for sun corp, the man who had keys to my apartment, and had been inside it on several occasions for repairs. I still live in the general area, and I see this man doing yard work for sun corp occasionally. As a female, it frankly scared the hell out of me. Dont rent from sun corp! here is the link to the website, you might recognize this man too.
