Just keeps getting worse!

I had too many problems to list while I was living there. The last review about heating bills is definitely true. There were maaaany cracks around window panes/doors providing no insulation. I moved out early, they made me keep the electric in my name until the lease ended, at which point they were to switch it to their name, then they didn't take it out of my name. They expect me to pay the bill, fax it to them, and get a reimbursement that I know I'll never see. I insisted on being there for the move-out inspection because I heard no one gets deposits back. We set an appointment, then no one showed up, no one was in the office, and I couldn't reach anybody. They still ensured I'd get my deposit back (the lease says within 30 days of vacating), and I still haven't seen anything. Soo I guess I'll be giving my lawyer a call. If you rent from them, be prepared for headaches and keep your lawyer on speed dial.

You should file a complaint with the BBB, PA Attorney Generals Office and the Real Estate Comission - you will see results - Sun owes double the security deposit back to you if it is not refunded in 30 days - you do not need to spend money on an attorney - EVERYONE SHOULD DO THIS!!!!!
