Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
I have been living at Southgate for 4 years, and plan to renew yet for another year. Yes, there has been changes in the office, and mantenance staff, but everything is for the better!!! I found that my stay here has been very plesant, all of the staff is willing to go the "extra" mile for their tenants.
